We are writing from Al Shifa Medical Complex which as you know is the biggest hospital Palestine , located in Gaza city and treats 0.5 Million people every year . As you know that more than 15000 protesters were wounded in the Great Return March GRM by the tear gas rubber coated bullets and live ammunition. Our hospitals are full of casualties, we need your help by donating Heparin and some anesthesia drugs to treat our patients .
